I’m making last minute preparations for our mission trip to Rwanda today. We are leaving the GCC parking lot in the wee hours of the morning on Friday. Please pray for us as we are traveling; that we will have safe travels and that we will have favorable conditions as we travel.
Pray for us as we’re in Rwanda, too. I’m torn about asking you to pray for safety, because I want us to live dangerously while we’re in Rwanda. I want for people to have personal safety, but I want them to do things that are completely uncomfortable for them. I want them to feel such a stretch that their ‘faith muscle’s will be sore!
Pray for the divine appointments that await us. God has prepared our hearts and minds for this trip; he has chosen us individually and intentionally for this time and for this trip. Pray that we will be bold for the task when it comes to minister to a Rwandan or even someone else on the team.
Pray for unity on the team. Satan would love for us to bicker with each other, so please pray that as we leave in unity we will remain in unity throughout the trip.
I will do my best to blog while in Rwanda, but Internet service can be sketchy sometimes. I’m excited for our team and I’m excited about the prayers you will be praying for us as we travel.
